With over 16 years of experience in Africa and the UK, Noel specializes in audit leadership, IFRS/IPSAS implementation, and financial reporting. His career spans professional services and financial institutions, including over 11 years at KPMG and nearly 3 years at Equity Group.
He has led major projects such as IFRS adoption in Ethiopia’s banking sector, integration of merged banking operations in the DRC, and setup of finance functions in insurance subsidiaries. As an accredited trainer since 2011, Noel is passionate about teaching, coaching, and mentoring the next generation of professionals. His dual commitment to technical excellence and mentorship ensures clients achieve compliance and transparency while empowering future leaders.
