Faith Siele

Faith brings a strong background in audit, finance, and administration, with extensive experience gained at leading firms such as KPMG East Africa and Ronalds LLP. At KPMG, she worked as an External Auditor, applying her expertise in advisory, auditing and accounting principles to assess records, identify risks, and deliver high quality audit engagements. She also played a key role in training junior auditors, strengthening team capacity, and ensuring compliance with professional standards. At Ronalds LLP, Faith served as Finance & Administration Manager, where she developed and implemented financial policies, managed budgeting processes, and safeguarded company assets through robust internal controls.

At Philip Nico and Associates, she now leads advisory and audit teams, oversees project execution, and ensures that deliverables meet both regulatory requirements and client expectations. Her leadership style, technical expertise, and ability to mentor junior staff make her a key driver of quality and efficiency within the firm. Faith’s blend of advisory and audit rigor, financial management experience, and strategic vision allows her to contribute to a seamless client experience, underpinned by her commitment to integrity, accountability, and professional excellence.

Beyond her advisory career, Faith is the Founder of Siana Africa, a non-profit initiative dedicated to economically empowering Maasai women in Namanga, Kenya. She developed the organization’s vision and mission, conducted beneficiary research, and carried out problem tree analysis to identify root causes of economic challenges. Faith also designed the innovative ABCDE (Aloe, Beekeeping, Crafts, Dragon fruit, Environment) approach to sustainable empowerment, while building relationships with donors and partners and establishing branding guidelines for the organization.

Faith is also the Founder of Sifa Cakeland, where she applied her entrepreneurial skills to develop growth strategies, establish efficient workflows, and implement production and quality standards. She recruited and trained personnel, introduced operational improvements, and aligned the bakery’s offerings with industry standards and customer expectations. Through this venture, she demonstrated her ability to build organizations from the ground up and drive sustainable business growth.
